Berserker is a prayer from the Ruinous Powers prayer book, unlocked at level 74 Prayer. It can be used by selecting the Ruinous Powers relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League or by purchasing the Ruinous powers book in Deadman: Annihilation.

Berserker must be active for at least 15 seconds in order to take effect. After this time, if a player's boosted combat stat would drain, the boost will be extended by another 30 seconds. Because boosted stats normally drain at 1 point per minute, Berserker allows boosted combat stats to last 50% longer.

The prayer was originally available to use on a beta world as part of the DT2 Rewards Beta after having passed the relevant consultation poll, where players could playtest it in various content before a second poll was brought forward to ask players whether they'd like the prayers to be implemented in the live game as a reward from completing the quest Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.

• As a result of this prayer's implementation, combat and non-combat skill boosts now decrement according to different timers.
