Fumus' Vow is a prayer from the Ruinous Powers prayer book, unlocked at level 87 Prayer. It can be used by selecting the Ruinous Powers relic in Trailblazer Reloaded League or by purchasing the Ruinous powers book in Deadman: Annihilation.

Fumus' Vow will instantly deal poison damage onto a target after the player successfully inflicts poison on them. This damage is also dealt if the player reapplies poison whilst their target is still poisoned with a lower poison severity. As an example, a dragon dagger(p++) has an assigned poison severity of 30. Once the target is poisoned, they will be dealt 6 damage instantly; this damage is separate from natural poison and will not reduce the target's poison severity.

Only one Ancient Vow can be activated at a time.

The prayer was originally available to use on a beta world as part of the DT2 Rewards Beta after having passed the relevant consultation poll, where players could playtest it in various content before a second poll was brought forward to ask players whether they'd like the prayers to be implemented in the live game as a reward from completing the quest Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire.
