Temple Desecrated is a music track that is unlocked during the While Guthix Sleeps quest, when the player is fighting the Balance Elemental inside the Ancient Guthixian Temple. After the completion of the quest, the track plays within the temple in place of The Sound of Guthix.

• The track is a port of the RuneScape 3 track of the same name, which was added on 26 November 2008 (the original While Guthix Sleeps update).
• In the original version of While Guthix Sleeps, Temple Desecrated only played during the Balance Elemental fight, being replaced by The Evil Within for the Tormented Demon fight. After the quest, it originally only played in the temple's final room with the Tormented Demons, but as Tormented Demons can be found throughout the entire temple in Old School, Temple Desecrated plays throughout it too.
