An unattackable Elite Black Knight can be found guarding the ladder in the Dark Squall's inner base. During While Guthix Sleeps, the player must be wearing the Dark Squall robes in order to go up the ladder, otherwise he will refuse to let them go up there. He cannot be found after completing the quest.
