Spookier boots are a cosmetic item made by using spooky boots, a reward from the 2019 Halloween event or any Halloween event after, on the swampy sink outside the toolshed in the Lumbridge Swamp or on the Ectofuntus outside Port Phasmatys. They are part of the spookier outfit.

The spookier outfit is meant to mimic the ectoplasm-covered bedsheet obtained in the Ghosts Ahoy quest, which players requested be wearable outside Port Phasmatys but cannot due to restricted interaction checks in the game code.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2019: Spookier Costume set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
