The Jack lantern mask is an untradeable cosmetic item. It can be obtained by completing one of the Halloween holiday events that occur once per year.

Previously, they were obtainable during the 2013 Rare Drops event (from 24 June to 1 July) as part of a rare item drop.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room.
