Piles of shot of varying weight can be found in the shot put room, located on the 1^st floor of the Warriors' Guild. The northern pile contains 18lb shot, whereas the southern pile contains 22lb shot. Players can take from a pile to automatically engage in the activity with their chosen shot weight, where they will be prompted to choose a shot style. Successful shots will grant Strength experience relative to their performance, and unsuccessful shots will cause damage to the player.
