Healing totems are NPCs that can appear in the Fortis Colosseum when the "Totemic" modifier is active. When an enemy is reduced to 50% hitpoints or below, a healing totem will appear near them, and send healing projectiles to the target, healing them for 30% of their health every few ticks. They have 1 Hitpoint and will respawn two minutes after being destroyed. The totem will not heal the enemy if it is destroyed before the healing projectile reaches them.
