Bee Swarms are NPCs that may appear in the Fortis Colosseum when the "Bees!" handicap is active. They will slowly converge on the player and deal 15-20 unblockable poison damage every tick, and inflict poison starting at 1 damage. The damage is halved if the player is under the effects of antipoison. The Bee Swarm will not take recoil damage, such as from a ring of suffering (ri).

Bee swarms can be attacked, only having 1 hitpoint and players are guaranteed a max hit in most cases. Be wary of their somewhat unpredictable movement, if not careful the player can be dragged out from behind the pillar.

Higher tiers of "Bees!" increases the amount of bee swarms that appear in the arena.
