Grub Patrol is a master combat achievement which requires defeating the Doom of Mokhaiotl at delve levels 1 through 8 whilst never letting a Demonic larva be absorbed.
Strategy
Kill off larvae as soon as they appear; don't let them get too close to Doom, or the player may attack it instead of them when they get under the boss.
The greatest amount of larvae appear during shield phases, but this should not be a problem in most cases. The only issue will be melee larvae when many acid splatters are surrounding the boss or if two grubs stack on each other. In the case of the former, drinking Anti-venom potions will mitigate venom, while in the case of the latter, it may be beneficial to kill one earlier to avoid misclicks.
