A golden needle is a quest item used only in Priest in Peril. It is obtained by using a needle on the south Monument in the Paterdomus mausoleum.

It serves no purpose in the quest, and has no uses outside the quest, as it cannot be used in Crafting. However, players can cast Low Alchemy or High Alchemy on it.

It cannot be obtained once Drezel has moved to the dungeon after the player has exhausted all dialogue with him after using the blessed water on the coffin.

Bug:

When swapping a regular needle for the golden needle, the text box displays pictures of the feather and golden feather, rather than the needles.
