Emissary Brawlers (along with Emissary Conjurers) will attack the player and Prince Itzla Arkan during the second trial of The Heart of Darkness. During this fight, the level 86 variant will launch a special attack every third hit which involves them slamming their hammer on the ground in a 3x3 area, damaging the player even if they have protection prayers enabled. To avoid this, simply step back one tile to negate the damage.
