A display case containing pottery can be found on the ground floor of the Varrock Museum (ground floor, directly in front of the stairs leading to the basement). The display case will initially showcase two clay bowls with Saradominist markings on them. After using pottery on the case, it will instead display one piece of Saradominist and one piece of Zarosian pottery next to each other.

Pottery can be obtained by cleaning uncleaned finds after completion of The Dig Site, being uncovered at a rate of 38/204 upon successfully clearing a find of soil. Filling display case number 22 of the timeline exhibit will award the player with 10 kudos.

Two beautiful examples of the many items of pottery found around the Dig Site. There appear to be Saradominist markings upon these artefacts, indicating that this was at one time a Saradominist city. This pottery appears to be dated around the beginning of the 4th Age.

After adding pottery

Two distinct types of pottery have been recovered from the Dig Site, adding evidence to the two settlements on this site. The red clay pottery appears to be much older and occasionally has purple Zarosian symbols, while the Saradominist artefacts are usually of a lighter shade with blue decorations.
