5th Age - yr 98
A portrait of King Lathas of Ardougne.
After telling about Making History:
5th Age - yr 98
One of the survivors of the great battle became king in year 98 of the 5th Age. His goal was to listen to people's views and ensure a fair and equal life for everyone. He was the first of a line of kings in Ardougne that continues to this day. The other survivor of the battle founded the marketplace, allowing people to trade their skills and wares under equal rights and opportunities. More information is available at a small museum north of Ardougne.Gallery

Trivia
- The description of display case 46 after the completion of Making History is likely incorrect. The case states that the king was coronated in the year 98. However, a historical scroll states that the king was crowned three years after the end of The Great Battle, meaning that the king was presumably coronated in the year 101.
