Clue turtles are ocean encounters found while Sailing. Interacting with one grants 50 Sailing experience and a clue scroll or scroll box, as long as the clue limit hasn't been reached.

Each clue tier has a minimum Sailing level to obtain; for example, at level 5, the turtle only offers easy clues, but easy through elite clues can be given at level 70 and above.
