A cave entrance is used to enter the Waterbirth Dungeon from the snowy hill of Waterbirth Island. The only way to access this entrance is by climbing the rocks shortcut which requires 85 Agility or by climbing up a ladder in the dungeon, right after where the player has to use the rune thrownaxe special. It cannot be reached from the island surface where the main entrance is located. Askeladden can be found wandering outside and will give players pet rocks.
He will also provide a cooked tuna (lobster for players that have completed The Fremennik Trials) for dagannoth hides, and other materials for dagannoth armour (wallasalki pieces, rock lobster pieces, etc.). As well as buying kegs of beer from the player for 500 (700 if the player has finished The Fremennik Trials) coins each. He will not accept noted items for these trades.
