Eight bells can be found around the 1st floor of the Tower of Voices in Prifddinas. When a player rings one of the bells, its sound can be heard by players near any of the bells, even ones in a different part of the tower. Ringing them in clockwise order, starting with the Meilyr bell just past 12 o'clock, produces a C major scale.

Trivia
- The bells are based on an idea from the developer's blogs from the original release of Prifddinas in RuneScape 3, which was scrapped. Each of the eight districts were supposed to have a bell tower with a single bell, that could play a single note, but be heard in all the other bell towers, so that up to 8 players could play music using the bells.
