The tuna potato is a type of food that restores 22 Hitpoints when eaten. It can be obtained by following the steps to combine various items (listed below). To follow all the preparation steps requires level 68 Cooking and grants 10 Cooking experience for a grand total of 309.5 Cooking experience (all the necessary steps).

The tuna potato is the second highest instant-health single consumption food, behind the marlin, alongside the dark crab, anglerfish, bluefin and manta ray. The tuna potato has the lowest Cooking requirement of these, but has the highest weight and is tedious to mass-produce. For a comparison to other items that provide healing, see food.
