The stone tablet is a quest item. It is used in The Dig Site quest to find that the digsite was a temple dedicated to Zaros. Giving it to Terry Balando finishes the quest. It is found from a cave that can only be entered with a chemical compound.

If the player tries to give another tablet after the quest, Terry will say: "I don't need another tablet! One is enough, thank you."

• The item can be duplicated via the drop trick; however, it would require the player to drop the tablet outside the cave or bank it in order to make another one spawn. It can also be obtained after the quest.
