Root is found deep in the Waterbirth Island Dungeon close to the ladder leading to the Dagannoth Kings. The root can be stepped over to access a small room where players can stand without being attacked by the nearby dagannoth and wallasalkis, the room also contains a crack that can be used to peek into the Dagannoth Kings lair in order to determine if any other players are currently inside the lair.
