Kebbity tuft is a rare creature part that may be obtained from kebbits as part of Hunters' Rumours.
Upon receiving a rare creature part, a game message in the chatbox will state You find a rare piece of the creature! You should take it back to the Hunter Guild.
As with all rare parts if you receive them through pity threshold with insufficient inventory space, the part will be lost with the following message appearing in the chatbox: You find a rare piece of the creature! You then discard it as you had no inventory space to pick it up.
