Soar Leader Pitri is found at the top of the large tree in the Hunter Guild. To get there, climb a rope in the big tree, opposite the descending staircase. Caretaker of the guild's quetzals, players who have completed 10 Hunters' Rumours can receive a basic quetzal whistle blueprint from them for free, or 500 coins for subsequent purchases.

Pitri can recharge a player's quetzal whistles by bringing certain raw meats from hunter creatures. The items must be present in the player's inventory, not as banknotes or stored in meat pouches.

While players can have multiple quetzal whistles in their inventory, only the first whistle will be charged. Additionally, recharging will use raw meat until the whistle is fully charged; any charges beyond the maximum capacity of the whistle will be lost.

Players in possession of a perfected quetzal whistle can give Pitri 10,000 charges worth of raw hunter meat (all at once or over time) to obtain a perfected quetzal whistle(i), which has unlimited charges. Subsequent imbued whistles can be obtained from Pitri for a fee of 50,000 each.
