The healer spring is used during Barbarian Assault by players on the Healer role. Using the healing vial on it or selecting the take-from option will fill the vial from the healer item machine to heal other players. Selecting the drink-from option directly heals the player based on their healer level and restores run energy.

After the queen spawns on wave 10, teams should gather around the spring so the healer can continuously fill their vial and heal the team.
