The fairy ring is built in the teleport space of the superior garden in a player-owned house. It requires 85 Construction to build, the crystal saw boost cannot be used because no saw is required to build it, but other visible Construction boosts can be used, making it possible to build at 80 Construction with a +5 boost from spicy stew or at 82 with a +3 boost from a Cup of tea (trimmed). It also requires a watering can with at least one dose of water, a fairy enchantment, and 10 unnoted mushrooms. When built, it yields 535 Construction experience. If desired, multiple fairy rings are possible in a POH.

The ring can be used as a place where players can teleport to other fairy rings. Other players can use the ring, provided they have met the requirements to do so. The code to reach this ring is DIQ, which only works if the player has one in their house.

The fairy enchantment required to plant the fairy ring can be purchased from Fairy Fixit's Fairy Enchantment. Doing so requires full completion of Fairytale II - Cure a Queen.
