Cooked dashing kebbit is a type of hunter meat that restores a total of 23 Hitpoints when eaten, 13 are restored immediately, 10 are restored after a delay of 7 ticks (4.2s). The secondary heal also restores 10 points of run energy. Eating another hunter meat too quickly will waste any pending healing, as the most recent delayed heal will replace older effects that have not completed yet. Standard foods and potions do not interrupt this pending heal.

It can be obtained by cooking raw dashing kebbit on a fire or cooking range, requiring level 82 Cooking and granting 215 experience when successful. 50 Hunters' Rumours must be completed before they may be cooked. When cooking there is a chance to fail, resulting in burnt kebbit. The burn rate decreases as the player's Cooking level increases. Cooked dashing kebbit never stop burning altogether even at level 99, unless the player is wearing a Cooking cape.

Dashing kebbit is the third-highest healing single consumption food, surpassing the dark crab, bluefin, anglerfish, tuna potato, and manta ray, but is surpassed by cooked moonlight antelope and marlin. Dashing kebbit heals 23 health, but part of the healing is delayed, making it not always practical. Cooked moonlight antelope also has delayed healing, heals 26 health, and also cures poison when eaten. The other foods heal the full 22 Hitpoints instantly, anglerfish can heal the player above their base Hitpoints, and bluefin also restores 5 Prayer points.
