Arrav's axe is an animation item that is temporarily wielded by the player when they counter Arrav's flying axe attack during the fight against him in The Curse of Arrav. Aside from this, it cannot actually be obtained.

Oddly, his axe, which is said to have been left behind by accident before he journeyed on his quest for the legendary shield, is seen in the Large Display at the outpost after completion of the Making History quest.
