Summoned Zombies are occasionally summoned by Invrigar the Necromancer and the Necromancer in the Necromancer Tower south of East Ardougne.

They attack in a multicombat area so they can be a minor threat to low levels.

After 200 ticks (2 minutes) they will despawn.
