Sleepwalkers are NPCs summoned by Phosani's Nightmare. Aside from their appearance, they are the same as the sleepwalkers encountered in The Nightmare encounter.

Like the regular sleepwalkers, they have 10 hitpoints, but will die upon taking any damage.

At the end of phases 1-3, they will spawn and attempt to reach the Nightmare, with the formula below indicating the damage they deal if they manage to reach her. Two spawn at the end of phase 1, three spawn at the end of phase 2, and four spawn at the end of phase 3.

The results are displayed in the table below.

During the desperation phase, the sleepwalkers will spawn constantly and attempt to reach the Nightmare. Each time one reaches her, it will be consumed, allowing her to emit a magical blast of energy that deals 15 damage.
