Spores are objects that appear during the third phase of the Nightmare fight, as well as the 2nd or 1st/3rd phases of the fight against Phosani's Nightmare.

During her Spore attack, the Nightmare scatters spores throughout the arena, and coming within one tile of them will result in the player becoming drowsy, causing their attack speed to be 1 tick slower, as well as disabling run.

When fighting Phosani's Nightmare, the player's attack speed is slowed by 2 ticks instead, and will also lose 6 prayer points every time the player exclaims *yawn*, as well as disabling run.

Phosani's Nightmare uses her Spore attack, while the player moves cautiously to avoid them.
