Sister Senga is a member of the Sisterhood located by Phosani's coffin in the Sisterhood Sanctuary. She tells players about Phosani's Nightmare, a stronger version of The Nightmare that can only be fought alone.

She also acts as an Item Retrieval Service, where players may reclaim their lost items from their death during the fight with Phosani's Nightmare for a fee of 60,000 coins. Note that if the player dies a second time anywhere without reclaiming the items Sister Senga is holding, they will be permanently lost, unless the death occurs within a safe minigame, such as the Inferno.

• Sister Senga's name, spelled in reverse, is Agnes. Along with the other sisters, it is a reference to names of real-life saints.
