Andras is a boatman found north of the Ectofuntus just outside Port Phasmatys. He offers to row players to the small town of Slepe for 10,000 coins, and from Slepe to Port Phasmatys for free. Alternatively, players can ride to Slepe for free via Port Phasmatys after paying him a one-off fee of 1,000,000 coins (equivalent to 100 trips).
When asked why he charges so much, he will tell the player that since Morytania is not often visited by tourists, he has to keep the price high, or he wouldn't be able to keep his boat maintained. It is unknown if he also charges money to large numbers of sleepwalkers that appear to be using his boat.
