The deed, signed by Lord Drakan himself on the 38th of Septober on the 661st Year of the Fourth Age, certifies that the Sleepers Manor (known today as the Crombwick Manor) is now owned by Ichabod Crombwick as a commemoration for his loyalty to the Drakans.
