The relic part 3 is a quest item that appears in the Watchtower quest. When combined with Relic part 1 and Relic part 2 it forms an Ogre relic which can be used to access the ogre town of Gu'Tanoth. To obtain Relic part 3 the player must give the ogre Toban a dragon bone.
