The relic part 2 is a quest item in the Watchtower quest. Combining it with the relic part 1 and relic part 3 makes the ogre relic required to access the ogre town of Gu'Tanoth.

To obtain it, the player must defeat Gorad and return his Ogre tooth to Grew.
