Isafdar conflict

The Isafdar conflict began after the Baxtorian campaign and lasted several decades. It was a long and drawn-out struggle between the rebel elves and clan Iorwerth.

As part of the Elven Civil War, Prifddinas was lost. The elves that remained dispersed into the forest of Isafdar, settling into either the Iorwerth Camp or Lletya. Lord Iorwerth and his followers were willing to kill any opposing elf that stood in their way. Eventually, the rebel elves discovered that Iorwerth intended to summon Zamorak, whom they called the 'Dark Lord'. This, however, was not his true intention, as they found out in the quest Song of the Elves, where he reveals the truth to them: that Seren is the one he's been trying to free.

In Year 169 of the Fifth Age, Iorwerth and King Lathas tricked an adventurer into assassinating King Tyras of West Ardougne. His army had become known to them as they moved further into Isafdar. They allied with the rebel elves near the end of the war, aiding them during the final battle.

• The village of Lletya found on the fringe of Isafdar was the centre of the rebel elves.
