Custodian stalkers are Slayer monsters found inside the Stalker Den that can be fought after the completion of the Shadows of Custodia quest. They can be assigned by Chaeldar, Mortimer, and Nieve. There are multicombat areas where cannons can be placed in the south-western side of the dungeon, and single-combat caverns in the south-eastern and northern parts.
The slayer stalkers all drop broken antlers, which are used to create Atlatl dart tips for creating atlatl darts outside of subduing the Moons of Peril. The mature and elder variants are also able to drop the antler guard, a powerful off-hand weapon boasting offensive stats in all styles, with no defence requirement to wield.
The book On Migration Patterns describes custodian stalkers as a sort of mutated rabbit with fangs, nocturnal apex predators that disrupted migration patterns upon establishing their presence in Custodia Pass. The stalkers are also known to have kidnapped several residents of Auburnvale and dragged them to the den; human corpses are scattered throughout it, apparently overtaken by the Strangler. However, despite being exposed to it, live humans are not infected, and coupled with the presence of skeletal remains, as well as a lack of infected humans or animals, suggests that it may be a different strain from the version that has overtaken The Stranglewood.

Trivia
- They bear strong resemblance to wolpertingers and jackalopes.
- Their antlers resembling red tendrils seems to indicate that the stalkers are related to the the Strangler. Elder custodian stalkers have a special attack infecting spores that deals Bleed damage similar to Vardorvis, furthering the connection.
