Alchemist's signet is a drop from elder custodian stalkers that can be used to open the chest next to the staircase downstairs in the Alchemical Society's headquarters, where the Mastering Mixology minigame is played. 60 Herblore^{[not boostable]} is required to gain access to the basement. The chest contains a variety of useful Herblore supplies, including herbs, herb seeds, and secondaries. The signet is consumed once the chest is opened.
