Wizard Distentor is the leader of the Wizards' Guild in Yanille. After Rune Mysteries, he can teleport you to the rune essence mine.
Notably, his position closest to a bank makes him effective for travelling to the rune essence mine to mine rune essence; however, players need to have a Magic level of 66 to access this (the level can be boosted).
