The water wizard can be found in the meadow north-east of Rimmington and south of Falador. The wizard can be seen wearing blue robes, a blue cape, and wielding a staff of water.

He is accompanied by Malignius Mortifer, as well as the air wizard, earth wizard, and fire wizard.

He will cast Water Strike when attacked and will heal himself if he is damaged with water-based spells (such as Water Strike, Bolt, etc). The water wizard is especially effective against melee as he can also cast Weaken.

• Just like the other three wizards, the water wizard does not drop bones. Instead, it drops ashes. This is strange given its human-like appearance.
• Water wizards die the same way as the character in the Draynor Bank Robbery video, turning into a skeleton and then falling to the ground.
• Although the water wizard has its own chathead model, it incorrectly uses that of the fire wizard instead, but retaining the beard, which the fire wizard does not have. However, this can never be seen by players (except for very unusual circumstances), as the wizards do not have any dialogue.
• "Grātiās tibi agō" means "I thank you" in Latin.
