The air wizard can be found in the meadow north-east of Rimmington and south of Falador. The wizard can be seen wearing white robes, a white cape, and wielding a staff of air.

He is accompanied by Malignius Mortifer, as well as the water wizard, earth wizard, and fire wizard.

He will cast Wind Strike when attacked and will heal himself if he is damaged with wind spells (such as Wind Strike, Bolt, etc). The air wizard is especially effective against melee as he can also cast Weaken.

Trivia

  • Just like the other three wizards, the air wizard does not drop bones, but instead ashes as a 100% drop. This is strange given its human-like appearance.
  • Air wizards die the same way as the character in the Draynor Bank Robbery video, turning into a skeleton and then falling to the ground.
  • An unreleased model of the air wizard reportedly featured a hood shaped in a more angular fashion, which was likely altered because of its resemblance to a capirote.[1]
  • "Grātiās tibi agō" means "I thank you" in Latin.
