The Trapdoor tunnel is found in Meiyerditch, and is only revealed after opening the Trapdoor table during the Darkness of Hallowvale quest. The tunnel leads to one of the nearby houses and must be used to traverse through Meiyerditch to reach the Myreque Hideout.
