A decorated wall guards the entrance to the Sanguinesti Myreque hideout. The symbol on the wall can be pressed to temporarily open the entrance to the hideout, which sits under the lumpy rug in the same room.
After A Taste of Hope, interacting with the wall makes the player say "It's not safe for me to stick around this place any more. I should get out of here."
