Rhazien is a farmer on the southern part of Etceteria. He will look after the bush patch for the player, for a small fee. He will not look after poison ivy bushes though, because they cannot be diseased.
Shop
Rhazien also sells basic farming tools via the Farming Supplies shop, which can be accessed by talking to him and asking Can you sell me something?, or by the right-click Trade option.
