Alan is a gardener in the Farming Guild, near the allotment patches. He can be paid to look after crops planted in the allotment, cactus and bush patches.
Shop
Alan also sells basic farming tools via the Farming Supplies shop, which can be accessed by talking to him and asking Can you sell me something?, or by the right-click Trade option.
