Rhonen is a gardener who wanders around a farming patch north-west of Seers' Village used to grow hops. Depending on what hops you are growing, you can pay him in resources to watch after your crops.

Shop

Rhonen also sells basic farming tools via the Farming Supplies shop, which can be accessed by talking to him and asking Can you sell me something?, or by the right-click Trade option.
