Logs are a unique variant of logs that can only be obtained on Tutorial Island. They are obtained by cutting down a Tutorial Island tree. The Survival Expert teaches the player how to cut down the trees using a bronze axe; they must obtain some logs and burn them in order to proceed to the next part of the tutorial.

A second variant of the logs can be obtained from the alternate Tutorial Island available to some players in 2020.

• It is not possible to build a Forester's Campfire using these logs. Attempting to do so will prompt the message "You can't cook that."
