Golem primer

Whilst we have left behind a significant number of our tools in Hallowvale, the abnormal stone of this island is proving very versatile in the creation of golems. The process is rather simple, in fact.

First, stack a collection of sunstone to an appropriate height. Its natural properties seem to cause small-scale fusions in the stone, allowing chunks to act as one coherent block. We have found four reasonable chunks to be of an appropriate size (our attempts at creating a dwarven scaled golem were ill advised).

Once your stone is ready, you may begin crafting. In order to prevent any unexpected collapses, work from the head downward.

Now, you may be asking how in the world this statue will become a golem. We have discerned that the stone can store significant energy from exposure to sunlight. By carving a chunk into a multi-faceted core, we are able to focus the light into the golem, allowing it to be sufficiently energised.

As of yet we are unsure on how to adequately control or command them, so they are wandering about rather aimlessly. Still, we are one step closer to a new bloodless soldier, and we cannot take that for granted.
