The gold sink can be built in the sink space of the kitchen in a player-owned house. It requires 47 Construction to build, and—when built—it gives 11,144 experience. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

Players can, using a bucket or other such item, receive water from the sink.

The gold sink is currently the most expensive item that can be constructed in a player-owned house, costing slightly more than the mounted coins due to the materials needed.

• The gold sink is a play on the term gold sink, which refers to an economic process by which a video game's ingame currency ('gold'), or any item that can be valued against it, is removed.
• If a player were to solely build gold sinks to 200 million experience, they would have to build one 17,941 times, costing a total of 1,878,293,076,275 when the condensed gold is purchased from the Keldagrim Stonemason.
