Essence Farmer is a master combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Phantom Muspah 10 times in one trip.
Strategy
Learning how to perform the stepback method can help conserve run energy and supplies whilst it is in its melee form. Try to deal as much damage as possible during the teleport attack, as some form changes can be skipped with sufficient damage, reducing the need for switching.
A potential strategy is to bring a range and mage setup with ancient magicks. Use range against Muspah when it is range phase and switch to mage for melee phase. Muspah is weak to magic during melee phase. It can be frozen with ice spells and you can heal using blood spells.
During the prayer shield phase, having access to multiple forms of prayer drain, such as smite and enchanted dragon sapphire bolts, will be helpful in removing it so the boss can be damaged faster, as the damage begins to increase at this point.
The muspah drops summer pies, sharks, super restores, and prayer potions to help with supplies, but don't rely on these fully for the ten kills needed.
