Walk Straight Pray True is a master combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Phantom Muspah without taking any avoidable damage during the fight.
Avoidable damage includes:
- Lightning Cloud damage
- Melee hits
- Spike spawn damage
- Spike walk-on damage
- Magic damage
- Off-prayer ranged hits
Does not include periodical chip damage through Ranged prayer.
For the magic attack, the player must pray against it before the attack is launched, or they will fail the achievement.
